The corona crisis as a marker of history? Public workshop at Karlshochschule on December 19 and 20, 2024

11.12.2024

What can we learn from the coronavirus crisis, both looking back over the past few years and looking forward to the future?

Prof. Nadja Meisterhans, Prof. Wendelin Küpers and Dr. Alexander Neupert-Doppler (all Karlshochschule International University) will discuss this question with Prof. Rainer Winter (University of Klagenfurt), Dr. Brigitte Buchhammer (University of Linz) and Dustin Henze (University of Vienna) in Karlsruhe on December 19 and 20, 2024.

The contributions will deal with the concept of crisis itself, with necropolitics, conspiracy ideologies and authoritarian dynamics, but also with utopia and convivalism.

On Thursday evening and Friday, the event at Karlshochschule is open to all interested parties.

Registration at anmeldung@krisendialektik.de is possible until 16.12.2024.

Date: Thursday, December 19, 2024, 5 – 7 p.m. / Friday, December 20, 2024, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
