I imagine that my knowledge is maturing. And my personality too.
Our aim is for students to mature into people who can go through life with courage and confidence, who can endure uncertainty and ambiguity and who are equipped to take responsibility – both for their own decisions and for other people.
When I look back on my studies at Karlshochschule one day, I will realize that a lot of the content was designed to make me think about myself: I write a letter to myself in the first semester, which I only open again at the end of my studies.
Later on, an essential element is the ongoing exchange of goals and ideas. During their stay abroad, students question many views and prove themselves on new terrain. And towards the end of my studies, they are challenged to contribute their ideas under real conditions in the practical phase.
