Business Psychology

Bachelor’s degree program

You find psychology exciting – but don’t want to work in medical therapy, but would rather acquire skills that you can apply in companies, organizations or in consulting? Do you want to understand how identity and social structures are connected, how organizations influence people and how we can influence organizations, what challenges the diversity of people brings with it and how we tackle change in such a way that people are taken along?

Then opt for “Social Psychology: Organization, Management, Counseling” – the degree course for anyone who wants to work in these fields later on:

Personnel management and development, team leadership (non-profit or for-profit), change management, counseling and coaching, conflict management

Note: This degree program does not fulfill any prerequisites for entering professional/clinical therapy.

Social psychology is your thing? Then you’ve come to the right place! No NC required!
